PIGMENT PRINTING
This printing technology is widely recognised as one of the most environmentally-friendly methods of digital textile printing due to the use of the non-toxic water based inks, minimal water usage and the highly significant decrease in energy consumption compared to traditional printing.
After we send the design to the printer it applies the pigment inks to the surface of the fabric. Once the fabric is printed, the pattern is fixed with temperature, without the use of chemicals and water.
SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Sublimation printing is a popular method of printing onto polyester fabrics which uses heat to bring ink and fabric together as one. There’s no limit to what can be printed.
First, a design is printed onto a special paper using water-based sublimation inks. Then the inks are turned into a gaseous state when brought under heat which combines them with the fabric and permanently print onto the fabric.
