Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Our standard order processing time for all in-stock items is 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. During busy periods (sales events, holidays, etc.) the processing time can take up to 7-9 business days.
All orders are processed on a first come, first served basis and shipped within this time frame.
If you order PRE-ORDER, POD or PYO and in-stock items together you will be charged 2/3 (two/three) lots of shipping as we will split your order and send your in-stock items first and PRE-ORDER, PYO or POD when it arrives/be ready for shipping.
To request your order be held please add a note to the comments section during the check out process.
All orders are cut by hand and we always try to do it as accurately as possible however due to the nature of stretchy fabric there might be a discrepancy of up to 5 cm.
In the unlikely event that a product is oversold we will contact you and you will be offered to get a refund of the purchase price or the option to choose a similar product that is in stock. In case we won't get a reply from you regarding missing product within 3 days we will cancel and refund the item and post the remainder of your order.
If you would like to cancel or amend your order please contact us at email@example.com. Processed and dispatched orders can not be cancelled or changed.
If you would like to add something to your order please send us an e-mail and we will invoice you for the difference.
If you would like to combine orders you placed with us please contact us and we will refund you extra postage. Please note that during busy periods we can't guarantee that your orders will be combined.
Delivery time and charges
DOMESTIC UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and British Forces)
All orders under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail as standard unless you specifically choose the courier option at the checkout. Delivery times are estimated at 3-5 working days from the dispatch date.
Note: 1 metre of single jersey/knit is ~ 400g.
Up to 500g – Large Letter – £3.00
Up to 2kg – Small Parcel – £4.50
All orders over 2kg will be sent via Courier Service. Delivery times are estimated at 1-3 working days from the date of shipping depending on your location.
Up to 5kg – £7.00
Up to 25kg – £9.00
For Royal Mail deliveries we will only consider your order lost if it has been more than 14 working days since the date of shipping. If you have not received your order after 14 working days please get in touch with us. You can also try contacting your local Royal Mail sorting office to check if they are holding any parcels for you.
We do not assume responsibility for items once they have been shipped! Once it has been handed over to delivery company, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
NORTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND BRITISH FORCES
All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48 service. Delivery times are estimated at 3-5 working days from the dispatch date.

EUROPE - due to Brexit we have currently suspended our sales to Europe until further notice.
REST OF THE WORLD - orders to the rest of the world will be shipped via International Mail or Courier Service which normally takes 1-6 weeks depending on the location. Although customs can occasionally delay packages further.
Shipping cost is calculated based on the location and weight during checkout process. If no shipping cost is showed during checkout please contact us for a quote.
Insurance on all orders is optional. If you are placing a large order and would like your package to have insurance please contact us before ordering for a quote. Cost depends on the package and location, but is usually only a few pounds additional.
All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout - please ensure that it is correct before finalising your order. If you provided incorrect address we will have no responsibility for undelivered package.
We love to see happy feedback from you. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 28 days of receiving your package. Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.
Please inspect your products upon arrival as we cannot process any claims of flawed fabric once the fabric has been washed, cut, soiled or scented.
If the returned item isn't faulty you will be charged 10% of the value of the returned items as a restocking fee.
You will receive a refund (minus shipping costs and restocking fee) if returned item(s) are not altered in any way (haven’t been washed, cut, soiled or scented). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping charges, unless Jelly Fabrics was at fault for shipping the wrong product. In this case we will reimburse return shipping costs.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
No returns on custom orders will be accepted.
Duty & Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duty fees that may apply. We do not accept returns nor refund for packages not claimed due to lack of duty/tax fee payments. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER AT CHECKOUT so we may add this information on your customs documents - this will expedite delivery to you!
