How to check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order in your personal account on the web-site.
When your order is despatched we will send you an e-mail/text notification. If you haven't heard form us for a long time please check your Spam/Junk box as despatch notification might be in there.
Please allow at least 5-6 working days after you placed your order before contacting us about its despatch.
When will my order be shipped?
Our standard processing time for all in-stock items is 2-3 working days, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship orders every business day Monday through Friday.
If you choose Fast Track at the checkout then your order will be be processed the next working day and shipped using our courier service with 1 day delivery (UK Mainland only). If you are in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands or British Forces we will dispatch your Fast Track order next working day using Royal Mail 48 service with 3-5 days delivery.
If you order PRE-ORDER and in-stock items together you will be charged 2 (two) lots of shipping as we will split your order and send your in-stock items first and PRE-ORDER when it arrives.
Please allow extra time during busy holiday periods and Sale events.
Please note that payment must be made in full and cleared before we can ship the items. If you have any issues with Payment please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in anyway that we can.
I placed an order and it still hasn't shipped
We aim to ship all orders for in-stock items within 2-3 business days. Pre-order fabrics are cut, packed and shipped upon arrival of the product to our warehouse. Your order dispatch might be delayed if we require additional information from you.
How do I know when PRE-ORDER items arrive?
If product is on PRE-ORDER you will see EXPECTED shipping time in its description. Please note that ARRIVAL time is an estimation only and is subject to change without notice. Sometimes a manufacturer can experience delays or mis-shipments, and these situations are outside of our control. If for any reason there is an issue with your preorder (i.e. delays, missing piece, etc), we will contact you to make you aware of the situation, and proceed to find a reasonable solution. We cannot guarantee ship dates, however, we can guarantee that we will ship your order within 2-3 business days of receiving the item.
Can I combine orders or add items to my existing order?
Unfortunately due to high volume of orders we can't combine or add additional items to your order.
If you would like to combine / add items to your order please contact us and we will cancel your existing order so you can place a new one.
Can I add tracking or insurance to my order?
Tracking and Insurance on all orders is optional.
If you are placing an order and would like your package to have tracking or/and insurance please contact us before ordering for a quote. Cost depends on the package and location, but is usually only few pounds extra.
Can I ask for a custom order?
We will happily create a custom order for you. Just send us your custom choices and cuts and we will send you an order link.
Please be ready to purchase your custom orders within 2 days. After that, the invoice will be revoked and the fabric will be returned back to stock.
Presented images of the items are a combination of our own photographs and images provided by the manufacturer. We are taking photos in natural light to represent colours as accurate as possible. However, due to the differing lighting and monitor settings we can’t guarantee an exact colour match of the fabric upon arrival.
