RETURNS
Unfortunately due to the nature of this product we are not able to accept returns unless there is a flaw.
Our Heat transfers are supplied ready to press.
Iron over the garment to remove any creases and heat the fabric.
Place the transfer face up in position on the garment and cover it with a parchment paper / baking paper. Don't heat press directly on the Transfer.
Heat press @ 180C for 10 seconds with moderate pressure (do not use steam).
Allow the transfer to cool down completely before peeling off the transfer film. After it gets cold, peel the backing away from one corner to ensure the transfers have stuck, if so peel the remaining slowly. If the transfer has not stuck, repress for 10 seconds to keep checking.
Finally repress for a couple of seconds with no cover sheet.
We recommend to wash the finished garment INSIDE OUT using a programme for DELICATE fabrics in cool or warm water (max. 30 ºC). Do not tumble dry.
